Insights Discovery Half Day Workshop

We each see the world in a different way to those around us – a unique view formed by our own perceptions, experiences and beliefs.

If we can understand where our perceptions come from, we can being to understand why other people see things differently.

By understanding other people, we can begin to appreciate who they are, improve our communication and make the best use of our strengths.

This half day workshop will introduce you to Insights Discovery and help you understand how your own energies affect you – how you operate on a good or a bad day, your likes, your underpinning goals, your hidden fears and how you could impact others.

You will also learn how to spot these characteristics in others so that you can tailor your communication styles to help reach a better outcome.

Important note:

• Prior to this session you will need to complete the Discovery Insights full online assessment.
• The cost for this assessment and detailed report is £150+VAT. This is additional to the workshop cost.
• Please contact alex@mcmillanandassociateshr.com to arrange this once you have bought your ticket for the event.
• If you have previously completed the full online assessment and have a report, you can bring this with you and do not need to purchase another assessment/report.
