Employee mediation is a voluntary and confidential process designed to help resolve workplace issues and conflict with the support of an independent facilitator.
Mediation can help businesses to reach an early conflict resolution, which not only means the individuals and business can move on quickly and positively, but it can also prevent employees from starting more formal processes such as grievances and disciplinaries.
We are fully trained, qualified and experienced mediators who can work with you and your team to achieve a positive outcome. We have a 100% success rate in our role as mediators having always managed to reach a resolution between both parties.
How we work
We take a hands-on, personal approach. We take the time to go into the business or organisation we are working with to meet individuals on a 1-2-1 basis. This ensures we are fully aware of the situation and understand everyone’s point of view. The individuals have the opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings in a safe, open and confidential environment.
We will then bring the individuals together in a facilitated discussion, supervised by ourselves, to discuss ways of moving forwards and how we can reach an agreement.
Our employee mediation work is charged at £100/hour. Typically, mediations will take up to 10 hours to reach a conclusion.
